Let’s join forces with ALL the LA groups and make this year’s WCS Flashmob the biggest and best yet!

A bit of local history:

When I started the Los Angeles WCS Flashmob in 2014, there were only a handful of cities in the United States participating.  Last year, only the 3rd year, there were almost 30 cities just in the US, with over 200 more cities around the globe. IT’S GROWING like crazy!

Here in Los Angeles, the first year (2014) we flashmobbed the Santa Monica Promenade with 12 awesome couples. The 2nd year (2015) we flashmobbed the Hermosa Beach Arts & Crafts Festival with 22 couples. The 3rd year (2016) Phil & Mindia flashmobbed the S.M. Promenade with 34 couples. I wonder how many we can reach in 2017!

People say when they watch the official video they feel a sense of fellowship with people around the world – you may not speak a word of their language, & vice versa… but the universal language of dance unites people on so many levels!  It’s an amazing feeling!  And I couldn’t agree more.
